Of the 10 million annual visitors to Meiji Shrine, 70 percent are visitors from overseas. We are developing multilingual descriptions, captions and audio guides to assist visitors from all over the world in enjoying not only all the planned special exhibitions and events, but the whole of Meiji Shrine itself, including its many buildings listed as important cultural assets.
